Having been here for a week now I can say that this is the most professional company that I have ever dealt with. There is no need to worry about anything as everything is from the pick up at Prague airport, to the operation, to the recuperation and finally to drop off at the airport, is handled with the utmost professionalism. Having spent some time in the private hospital in the UK, the clinic takes cleanliness and care to a much higher standard. Forget anything you may have heard about foreign clinics this one shames the whole of the UK medical system. I stall recommend the Laderma to all my friends and should I want anything else done I would not even consider any clinic in the UK.

I returned home from Prague two weeks ago, having had my operation on May 13. After undergoing the tummy tuck with Dr Cerna at Laderma, I would just like to say how delighted I am with the results so far, and how great Dr Cerna and her team were. I could not have asked for better care, both pre- and post-op. I was a little nervous about going to another country until I met with Dr Cerna and Marketa. I'm so glad I went through with my operation at Laderma. I'm healing great and I'm up and about, I cannot thank Laderma enough. I would definitely reccommend Dr Cerna to anyone thinking of a surgery abroad. It's made a huge difference in my self-confidence. So if you're reading this - Dr Cerna , Marketa, Mr Kozak, I'm sending a massive Thank you to all of you, as my journey could not have taken place without all of you. You had time for everyone. Hi,
just had the face-and-neck lift. The experience was as good as everywhere else in this book says - no pain, hardly any bruising, lovely kind friendly people, nice flat and great city once you’ve healed up enough to tour about a bit!
And Dr. Cerna is a great combination of friendliness and super-competence. I stayed the full 3 weeks cos I’d had a terrible experience with a London plastic surgeon who I could never get to see once things began to go wrong – thought I’d make absolutely sure this time, stay in the same building as the doc till all healed up. No problem at all though, could easily have gone home after week 2 – but glad I stayed and saw a bit of Prague anyway!
All the best to whoever reads this and hope all goes as well for you as it did for me!
PS and everyone says I look 10 years younger. Hurrah!

Upper and lower eye lid surgery
Hi,
I’m leaving today, 6 days post op, waiting for Dr Cerna to arrive and remove the suture.
My overall impression of my Prague experience will be how professional, caring, friendly, kind and welcoming Dr Cerna, Marketa and the team have been. The idea of a local anaesthesia terrified me but it was soon over and I was back at the apartment.
I have my good friend Jackie with me, it is important to stick to the post-operation instructions, changing the dressings, taking medication as recommended, which would be impossible to do without a caring friend. I was visited every day by both Dr Cerna and Marketa, because my left eye was very swollen.
Dr Cerna arranged a specialist eye surgeon to attend and reassure me all was O.K. and normal. On he 3rd post op day, after receiving clear instructions from Dr Cerna, I ventured out to explore Prague. I would strongly recommend venturing out towards the Old Town, Charles Bridge, the Castle and most definitely beyond to the Petrin area of the city, for views, clean air and peace. If you can’t manage this post op, I would strongly recommend doing this before. WenceslasSsquare is only worth spending a visit if you want to shop the rich street stores.
The food – The corner shop to the left is fantastic for fresh fruit, veg and all the basics. Tesco express is also only 5 min walk away.
Taxi – Be careful and set a price before travelling from the apartment to the Old Town should cost around 200K.
Restaurants and bars – Check prices as they vary greatly from place to place.
Overall, it has been a really positive experience and I can’t wait for the end result.

Hello Dr Cerna, I hope you are well. I am good. I have recovered very well and I am back at work.I am extremely happy with my breasts - they are amazing. I am much happier with my belly and I hope it continues to get better. It amazes me to think how much different my body looks now. I am a very lucky young woman.
I do think you and your clinic have very much to offer - such as great care and compassion.
I am keen for people to know this. It makes me sad to think of people not being able to afford plastic surgery they need when it is available at a fantastic standard in other countries but simply cheaper.
I am more than happy to talk to the lady who wants to find out about your clinic, you can tell her to email me any time or to ring me after 6 o'clock in the evening.

After months of research I decided on Laderma for my Breast Augmentation and arrived on the 11th May with my partner. At first I was worried about language differences but both Marketa and Dr Cerna spoke perfect English and were always available when needed.
After the necessary tests on Monday we spend the rest of the day sightseeing and came across a lovely tex mex eatery called Buffallo Bill’s (the menu was in English).
Anyway, more to the point. The surgery went well. The clinic was beautiful. Better than any hospital I’ve been in back home, modern and contemporary (and extremely clean!), the only downside was that the nurses didn’t speak much English. I was paired up with a British girl in for the same surgery, which helped.
Woke up feeling quite uncomfortable with chest pains but meds are continuously topped up, which helps.
Overall, the standard of care and professionalism are great. I wouldn’t fault Dr Cerna or her team at all.

Hi. My name is S. and I come from the UK. I am here for breast uplift and implants. Everything has been great from the start. I arrived here on Sunday evening with my partner. There was tea, coffee, milk and sugar, some other essentials – that’s a bonus straight away!
Monday was filled with tests and consults, just enough time to get a bit of shopping for after your op.
I met a girl who was having the same done as me and we ended up sharing a room at the clinic. That made me feel a whole lot better. We arrive at the clinic at 7 a.m.
I have to say that waking up from the op, the pain is unbelievable! I knew it would be painful but didn’t quite realize how much. Then there are the drains – they are another killer! Sorry but it’s true.
The nurses at the clinic are really lovely but it was the longest day of my life. A. left yesterday and is coming back for me on Sunday. It’s Thursday today and the pain is still quite bad, you are very restricted in everything you do.
Everyone here has been great, all of them. On Saturday I thought I would give everything to be how I was before. I can’t stand the pain. I haven’t had a look at the boobs yet but I am sure they are going to be fine.
I hope I haven’t put anyone off, it’s just nobody had wrote about uplift and implants so I thought it might be helpful to share my story.
If I could cope with pain I would definitely be back but I can’t, so I won’t.

We (34 and 35) were here for breast enlargement. We arrived on last Sunday. Got on Tuesday the surgery. The operation went well. After two days felt better. Today we are flying back to Germany.

I came here with my mom for a bit of support. My surgery was pain-free, all I had was a little swelling and bruising. I even went to have my nails done on the 2nd day after my op. Can’t wait to go home to show off my new younger looking face. I am 46, now I look 36, yippee!
p.s.: coming back July 29 for boob job and upper eye-lid, along with mom who’s having lower and upper eye-lid done.

I would just like to write to all the patients that come to have surgery after me. You could not have chosen a better place to come. You are in the best hands possible. All the Laderma team are great, they are really kind and helpful.
Dr Cerna is the nicest woman I have ever met. I came here for a breast enlargement. I’m 22 and size 6-8. I asked for 32b implants but Dr Cerna advised me against them, because they would be too big as I had the 28s. I have never been so happy in my life – as I am with my new breasts. I have seen a lot of breast implants because I am a dancer, but never in my life have I seen any as good and natural looking as Zuzana’s work. She is a truly amazing and unique woman.

I am leaving tomorrow and I must say that the service and support I had here from Dr Cerna and her team has been excellent.
My operation (liposuction) went well, didn’t really need any pain killers. The ones I did take were only when I went out, just in case, but after the first day it wasn’t necessary anymore.
Dr Cerna and Marketa were at hand whenever I needed them; nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend the Laderma Clinic to all my friends. The care and compassion is top class. I had a TT in the UK and even though it cost an absolute fortune, in comparison with the care and support you receive in Prague, it was nowhere near as good.
The nurses in the hospital were excellent . It was great that I had Katerina as my nurse, as I had been talking to her via email before I arrived.
From the moment you arrive, you are looked after and everything is organized. Thanks to Mr Kozak for making sure we were picked up, our luggage delivered, and then returned to the airport at the end of our stay.
I cannot praise Laderma any more.

Hi,
I arrived in Prague very excited but also very nervous about my operation (breast uplift). I need not have worried as all the Laderma staff have been fantastic. Dr Cerna is a wonderful surgeon and she is so friendly and caring that you will immediately feel comfortable and at ease. Also Marketa is a great person and will do everything that she can to help you and to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. I would say to you do not be nervous, because you’re in wonderful hands and you’ll be taken care of for your entire stay.
So I would like to say a big, huge thank you to Dr Cerna, Marketa, Katerina and everybody else who has looked after me here. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and if I ever decide on another surgery, I will be coming back here.

I’ve been here with my partner and from the moment we inquired over the internet to the end of our stay, the service and care have been excellent!
Katerina was brilliant at explaining everything and answering questions and keeping us informed via email; Mr Kozak was lovely, waiting for us when we arrived; Marketa looks after everything and is always on hand if you need anything (which wasn’t much as the apartment /service caters for everything) and Dr Cerna is a very talented and lovely lady.
The apartment is fantastic, peaceful and so conveniently located for both the hospital and for sightseeing in Prague. It offers great peace and privacy, while so conveniently close to shops and eateries.
Prague is wonderful and we will definitely be back!
Thanks everyone in Laderma, you’ve made our 12 day stay absolutely brilliant! A great service, to be highly recommended to everyone!

I just want to write to all Zuzana’s patients that you couldn’t be in better, more caring hands.
Our story starts in November 2006. My mom, my sister and a good friend of ours came to have surgery done. My sister, who wanted to have breast reduction done, was sent to have a mammograph scan. The scan showed a black mass under the breast tissue. My sister was then advised to go back to see Zuzana. Zuzana arranged for a more detailed scan – the following day. My sister was hysterics at the thought of having cancer. Zuzana accompanied her to the second scan, which also showed the black mass. Zuzana arranged for my sister to go home immediately. It turned out she did have grade 2 breast cancer. In the UK, she was successfully operated on and went through the chemo-and radio therapy.
The whole ordeal was a nightmare and it took my sister two years to fully recover. My mom, our friend and I have come back to have rejuvenation treatments and to thank Zuzana for saving my sister’s life. Zuzana is a wonderful, spiritual lady and we are forever in debt to her for the love, care and concern she has give to our whole family. Isn’t it lovely to have a happy ending!

Hi my name is A., I have come to Prague with my Mum for breast enlargement and lipo on my tummy and hips. My Mum is having a neck lift.
This is a very big thing for me as I am only 18 and although I knew this was the right thing to do as I have been unhappy with my body from a v young age I was still scared, and so was my Mum, but almost from the moment we arrived my mind was put at rest! We arrived on the Sunday, the apartment (4) was beautiful, had everything we needed, we were surprised at the close proximity of everything which made life so much easier.
On the Monday we were introduced to Marketa who was so helpful, we had all our pre op tests including a consultation with Dr. Cerna who is fantastic and from the moment I met her I knew I could completely trust her. She showed me where she would do the lipo and helped me decide what size implants to have.
On the Tuesday we had our surgery very strange experience. I was in quite a lot of pain and ill from the anaesthetic, but the nurses were amazing! And so caring they took great care of us the whole time. We went back to the apartment the next day.
I am now 9 days post operative and going home tomorrow! Still swollen and bruised on my tummy but feeling very satisfied! Never before have I received such care and professional support, I have no regrets whatsoever about coming to Prague, everything and everyone has been perfect here at Laderma. I will recommend to everyone!

I came here for a neck and face lift – as well as to accompany my 18 year-old daughter (just 18!) so I had a cause to be worried on 2 scores!
All worries, however, turned out to be unfounded. My daughter´s breast augmentation has been a decisive success and hopefully the lipo will be equally successful. My face lift looks to have taken years off me already – and I am only 9 days post-operative and still very bruised.
We have received nothing but total care and consideration at every stage, from the pre-operation tests to the regular post-operation check-ups. I feel that the quality of care that we have received here would be way in excess of that provided in England.
My and my daughters many thanks to you, Zuzana, Marketa and your wonderful team of nurses.
Should I need any more help in this area, I’ll know where to come!...

I found Laderma on the Look Your Best forum, and made friends with a lady who had had a BR and BL here in December. She was so impressed she came back this week for a rhinoplasty and I had a BR/BL on Tuesday.
So far, everything has been excellent. Dr Cerna is lovely, caring and professional. She gives you an honest opinion and I would respect her judgment as she is the expert.
The clinic was lovely and clean, and the nursing staff very kind and considerate. The pain after the procedure has not been too bad at all and the results so far are worth it.
Please do not be nervous – all the team are so nice, you need not worry at all.
Good luck in whatever you came here for – I would certainly come back.

I arrived in Prague very excited about my breast augmentation. I came to the Laderma Clinic after a recommendation from a friend who had a face and neck lift here.
Firstly, I was very impressed with the apartment – as you can see, it is very nice!! Beware of the shower though – it is a true power shower and can be very forcefull !!
During the initial consultation, I felt comfortable and very much at ease. Everything was explained in detail, and repeated if necessary. The actual clinic, where the surgery takes place, is very clean and the nurses are wonderful – especially the night nurse!
After removing the original bandage, I must say that I am delighted with my new breasts. They are exactly what I had requested – full and round, but not too large.
All in all, I have had a fantastic experience at Laderma and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!

Day 10, Wed 11 March 09
Everything is looking great. A little bruising on my right jaw line (too much talking) but I am sure this will fade over the next few weeks together with the swelling. Still no pain, wounds are healing very well. I also had the two lines between my eyes filled last night so that’s everything complete now. Looking forward to going home tonight but I am indebted to Zuzana and her team for their hard work and constant attention.
I have just had my last consultation. Dr. Cerna removed some stitches + said everything was wonderful (I agree!!). To anybody reading my story, please have no fear or anxiety, there are so many wonderful people here.

I arrived late Sunday night with another guest, S. (room 4), who was having a BA. I was having upper and lower eye-lid surgery. We met through the forum and were on the same flight. We both had our op on Wednesday March 11. Dr Cerna and her team are wonderful and very caring. I had a local anaesthetic and it was a little painful, but the bruising or swelling afterwards wasn’t as bad as I had envisaged. Each day I look better and better. I can already tell that the bags under my eyes have gone, although my eyes are like a rainbow of colours.
I had nothing but praise for Dr Cerna and her team. The appartments are spotless and when I have liposuction later this year, I get 10% discount!! I will definitely be coming back here, and hopefully I’ll get to see much more of this beautiful city. I will recommend Dr Cerna and Laderma to anyone looking for cheap, professional and expert plastic surgery.
I so miss Carrie and Eastenders (all of them)!
All in all, a wonderful experience and I came out looking better and younger... what more could you ask for...

Hi once again (see 24. 4. 2006)
This is my 4th time here in Prague for a surgery with Dr. Cerna and once again I am over the moon!! This time I have had my upper eyes done. So now that’s
(1) Tummy tuck 05!
(2) Breast reduction + lift 04. 06!
(3) Liposuction 07.06!
(4) Upper eyes bags 03.08!
And when something else goes South I will travel to Prague once again to have it put North again by the very wonderful Dr. Cerna and her fantastic staff (who are all still the same girls). Excellent treatment from start to finish. What more can I say. So to anyone reading this you are in the best hands in my opinion or why would I be here for my 4th operation. I am packing for home now, looking forward to seeing my husband and family again.

3/3/08 Eye-lid surgery
I came with my granddaughter, who was having breast enlargement and was very nervous, but had no need to worry as she was fine, only a little discomfort on the second day after the op, and also back ache.
I was a little bit worried about my eye lid surgery, as I wasn’t being put to sleep, but Dr Cerna said I had nothing to worry about, and she was telling the truth – I never felt anything and have had no pain whatsoever.
I am 65 years old, so I had quite a lot of bruising on my eyes; but no pain. It’s my 6th day after the op and my bruises are fading away; still no pain, just a little swelling. K., my granddaughter, left today and I’ll go on Monday after having my stitches removed. I will definitely recommend Dr Cerna to anyone who wants a plastic surgery.
I would like to say thank you to the doctor and all the staff as they’ve been wonderful.

Brilliant apartment! Going out soon!
Just came back from tests – all very organized, feel very relaxed; waiting for consultation and blood test.
Day of operation – nervous but positive, not sure what size will end up having.
Operation went well but had usual problem with anaesthetics. All gone when I saw my new boobs! 30B, very natural looking, really happy with them. (205 teardrops).
Now want to go home, recover, go back to training before the rest of my body falls apart.

I would just like to thank Dr Cerna, Marketa, Katerina and all the wonderful nurses at the Laderma Clinic. The care that my mother J. and myself received was utterly amazing, nothing was too much trouble, our operations went smoothly and afterwards, we were treated with such love and care. The apartment was beautiful, really cozy and welcoming. The hospital itself is only a few meters away, with Dr Cerna's clinic just a few feet from your apartment. To anyone out there thinking of having a procedure at Laderma - go ahead, knowing you will be in very safe, caring hands. A big thank you to Mr Kozak who picked us up and dropped us back at the airport.

Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Dr Cerna for the treatment I received (the liposuction on my tummy and 'love handles'). Dr Cerna is an absolutely amazing surgeon (!) and such a lovely person, too. Everything that I've read about her and her team on the 'look your best UK' forum is all true. The service that you provide from when you first arrive at the Prauge airport and are met by Mr Kozak, the lovely cosy apartment, the assesment, surgery & especially the after-care is marvelous. I do not think there is another clinic that provides this level of services, it is a credit to you all. I am sure you have all heard this many times, but I will always recommend you to everyone who would be thinking about having a surgery.
Please also pass on my thanks to Marketa for her help & support & always being so caring when I was worried & telephoned her & also a big thank you to all the nurses at the clinic, especially to Romana who looked after me during the night. Hello, my name is R. and I came here with my friend Ch. on Monday. I came here for the breast enlargement, as I heard so many positive things. When I arrived, I had a blood test and ECG done, everything went brilliantly and so smooth. Dr Cerna then gave me a consultation for the following morning. Tuesday morning we got ready to go into surgery. My friend wasn’t allowed with me because of infections, which made me feel scared and alone.
But I felt better as the day went on. It all happened so fast I can’t even remember staying the night. But when I woke up from the operation, I felt a lot of pain as I had silicon under my breast muscle, which hurts more. But as the day went on, it got better.
Two days after the operation, Dr Cerna removed my bandages and for the first time in my life, I had boobs! I was so happy! But still hurting. I went from 34A – 34C (small C) which works brilliant for my figure.
I’m so glad I came here. Everything and everybody have been fantastic.

I am a male in his late fifties, who came to Laderma Clinic in January 2008 for the Upper Eyelid surgery. I thought I would wait 3 months before I passed judgement of the success of the operation. After a period of just over three months, I can honestly say that Dr Cerna and her team have done a wonderful job on me. In fact, the improvement has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I was picked up at the Prague airport and taken back there a week later, I was very impressed with the high quality of care that I received, which included the lovely apartment accommodation in the same building as Dr Cerna's treatment room. Dr Cerna's passion for her work comes over very strongly in her expertise and professionalism. I did a lot of research before I came, as to which clinic I should approach in Prague. I believe I could have not made a better choice than the Laderma clinic. My thanks go to Dr Cerna and her friendly team for a very worthwhile experience in a beautiful city.
