Your first and last name, phone number, email and IP address can be processed based on your consent and must be processed in order for Controller to provide its services (plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology), website administration, informative communication with clients (if you become a client later), and for statistics and analytics to improve the services of Controller. The Controller will process this data for a period of five years, and if the Controller provides health care services, the personal data will be stored for the necessary period under valid health care legislation.
3) Sending a question to the online Q&A or adding references
When you send a question to the online Q&A or add references, we process the following data:
- first name or nickname
- email
- phone number
- IP address
- any other personal data you voluntarily provide in your message
Your name, email and IP address can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of publishing your post on the Controller website and sending user notifications, website administration, and for statistics and analytics to improve the services of Controller. Your email and IP address will not be made accessible to the public. Your name or nickname will be publicly accessible, however, so please keep that in mind. The Controller will process this non-public data for a period of five years.
4) Subscribing to the newsletter or downloading a guide
When you subscribe to the newsletter or download a PDF guide, we process the following data:

Your email and IP address can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of sending the Controller newsletter and sending the guide to your email, if you request to download the guide. In both cases your email and IP address must be processed for the purpose of website administration and for statistics and analytics to improve the services of Controller. The personal data is processed by the Controller, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:

The invalidity of any provision in these conditions does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
The service provider and you both agree that these conditions are governed by Czech and European law and that all disputes arising from or concerning these conditions will be subject to the legal regulations of the Czech Republic/EU and the jurisdiction of Czech/EU courts.
These contractual conditions repeal and replace any previous conditions, and enter into force and effect on the date they are posted on the website.
